This is the landing page for Project Switch related writings. Project Switch is a worldbuilding project for the work-in-progress tabletop RPG that I am also working on. This page serves as a collection of the handful of short stories and speeches that I’ve written for the world.

Across the world, millions of children under the age of 5 disappear from their homes. A few days later, they are returned, but in the wrong places. A few days later, the first superheroes reveal themselves: they had always been here, but this time, they had failed.
Nearly 20 years and numerous tragedies later, the world is a very different place. ASALEA, the Anti-Superpowered Attack League of Europe and the Americas, controls and regulated superhuman policing efforts, led by the Zodiac Team of Heroes. On the horizon, the city burned. Leo watched the flames rage and bit his nails. He wasn’t sure how the fire had started. Kaiju didn’t make fire, only steam, and there were plenty of pyrokinetic supes in the fray, but nobody who could start something on this scale. The woman, glowing with a pale golden light, floated above the city of Fukuoka and looked down over it, surveying the destruction. It was horrifying. Delivered at the United Nations Headquarters on July 12, 2031 in response to the public emergence of Heracles as the first hero and the fallout from the Switch.
